1. The service
Zafeqacc provides invoicing, recordkeeping, reporting, and related workflow tools. The service assists your operations but does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful submission of your records.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, protect sign-in credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You may not misuse the service, bypass limits, upload unlawful content, disrupt infrastructure, reverse engineer protected components, or access another customer’s data.
3. Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Trials and plan limits are described at sign-up. Paid access continues for the purchased term. Fees are stated before purchase and, except where law requires otherwise, are non-refundable once a billing term begins. Taxes and third-party integration costs may apply.
4. Customer data and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited permission required to host, process, secure, and display it to provide the service. Zafeqacc software, branding, interfaces, and documentation remain our intellectual property.
5. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
6. Suspension, termination, and changes
We may restrict access for non-payment, security threats, or material violations. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning ownership, payment, disclaimers, and liability survive termination. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account contact details.
