COMPLETE USER GUIDE

Run your Construction workspace from setup to closeout.

This guide follows the practical record flow and preserves links between commercial, operational and financial records.

Twenty-two essential workflows

1–4 · Foundation

Workspace, profile, branch, project and site

Create the Construction workspace, complete both company names and legal details, verify the included Main Branch, then create a project and physical site.

5–8 · Pre-contract

Clients, estimates, BOQs and tender conversion

Add the client, prepare rates and quantities, approve a BOQ revision, and convert a won tender into linked project, contract and budget records.

9–11 · Cost and materials

Budgets, purchase orders and stock movement

Set cost codes and budgets, issue purchase orders, then record source-linked receipts, inspections, issues, transfers and returns.

12–15 · Commercial

Subcontractors, measurements, certificates and invoices

Manage subcontract terms, measure permitted BOQ quantities, certify retention and advance recovery, then create a linked Construction invoice.

16–18 · Cash and resources

Customer payments, payroll and equipment

Post receipts transactionally against invoice balances, run workforce payroll, and track plant allocation, fuel, hours, maintenance and downtime.

19–22 · Site control

Daily reports, RFIs, quality, reports and users

Record site activity, manage RFIs, submittals and NCRs, review filtered reports, then invite users with feature and scope permissions.

Core controls

Record ownership

Confirm the workspace, branch, project and site shown on every form. Firestore rules validate the same scope.

Approval and posting

Drafts can be edited. Approved, certified, posted and paid records are protected; use amendments, credit notes or reversals.

Trash and audit

Soft-deleted records leave active lists and reports but remain restorable. Posted financial records require reversal.

Arabic and print

Switch language in the module header. Record-specific A4 layouts use safe margins, bilingual fonts and RTL support.
